Take control of your license by setting up a My Account profile! Creating a Golden Software account is essential for making online purchases and managing your license product keys and serial numbers. If you purchased a Golden Software product, an account has already been created for you using the email address provided during purchase. If you didn’t make the purchase, simply create an account and register your license.
What can you do with a My Account profile?
- Register your license
- View your license details (e.g., support codes, product keys, serial numbers, activations, purchase history, renewal information, etc.)
- Deactivate your license
- Download the most up-to-date software installer for your license version
- Renew software maintenance or software subscriptions
- Manage auto-renewal settings
- Purchase a new software license
- Update email address
- Manage credit/debit cards
To create or login to My Account, visit http://myaccount.goldensoftware.com.
- If you are an Existing Customer, see the instructions to setup your My Account profile in the article, Reset My Account password (existing customer).
- If you are a new Golden Software customer:
- In the New Customer section, enter your information into the First Name, Last Name, Company, and Email Address fields.
- Choose a password and enter it twice, in both the Password and Re-Enter Password fields.
- Click the Create Account button.
