Easily download the Surfer, Grapher, Strater, Voxler, Didger, or MapViewer installer you need! Whether you're upgrading to the latest version or reinstalling an existing license, you'll find the download links and information you need below.

Download the Latest Release

This method is reserved for users with an active software maintenance or a current subscription. The most current released version of Surfer, Grapher, Concurrent Licensing Tools, Strater, Voxler, Didger, or MapViewer can be downloaded on our Golden Software Products downloads page.

Download your software

If you purchased a one-time license in the past, or if you are unsure of your maintenance status, you should access your installers through the Golden Software My Account portal.

To see your products on the My Products page, you must either be the software owner or have registered the software to your account.  Please note that the oldest versions offered for download in the My Account portal are Surfer 8, Grapher 5, Strater 3, Voxler 2, Didger 4, and MapViewer 7. To download your software from My Account:

1. Navigate to the MyAccount page.
2. Type in your Email Address and Password, check the ReCapcha box, then click Sign In. 
   1. If you have not logged into My Account before, or can't recall your password, follow the instructions here to set up a new password for the email address your license is registered to.
3. Click the My Products link in the list to the left.
4. In the My Products section(s), locate the the desired license..
   1. If you see a list like the image below, click on the line with the license in question.
      
5. You should now see a box with a header containing the name of the software and your support code. The box will open by default to the Overview tab with your license information.
   
6. Click the Downloads tab in the left of that box.
7. Click the Download <product name> installer link to download the software.
   Most users need the the normal installer. An MSI Installer is designed for IT administrators to deploy software across a network.

Download Pre-2012 Software

Installers for our legacy products (pre-2012) are archived and no longer available for direct download from the MyAccount portal. To download these older versions, including any software prior to Surfer 8, Grapher 5, Strater 3, Voxler 2, MapViewer 7, and Didger 4, please contact Golden Software Customer Success so we can provide the correct installer for your license.
