Register Golden Software License

Registering your Golden Software license ensures you can easily access and manage your software when you need it.

With a registered license, you can view your product keys, download installers for your version, and move your license between computers without needing to contact support. You’ll also receive helpful product updates, training resources, and notifications about webinars and new features.

Your registration information is kept confidential and used only by Golden Software to support your experience.

To register your serial number or product key:

1. Visit MyAccount.
2. Sign in under Existing Customers or complete the New Customer form. Need help creating an account? See Create an account in the My Account portal.
3. Click on My Products on the left side of the page.
4. In the My Products section, click the Register New Software button.
   
5. Enter the required information. Only a serial number OR product key needs to be entered. If you are unsure which you have, please see What's The Difference Between A Serial Number And A Product Key?. 
6. Click OK.

Please note that if you do not have access to your Product Key or Serial Number, please reach out to our support team with any information you do have about the license.
