Turn auto-renewal on or off

Active software maintenance gives your organization the peace of mind, as well as benefits like:

  • Technical Support: Our legendary technical support team is available via telephone, email or chat.

  • Regular Software Updates: Including bug fixes, software enhancements, and new features.

  • Beta Program Access: Try out new features in the beta versions of our software.

Automatic renewals are processed on the expiration date using the default payment card on file. Auto-renewal for annual software maintenance is OFF by default. 

 

To change the auto-renewal settings for your software maintenance:

  1. Log in to My Account at http://myaccount.goldensoftware.com/
  2. Click My Products
  3. Locate the license you want to edit from the product list on the right hand side.
  4. In the lower right corner of the license overview page, you will see the option to either Enable Auto-Renewal or Disable Auto-Renewal.
    1. Click Enable Auto-Renewal to turn ON auto-renewal of your software maintenance. You will be prompted to confirm your choice to enable auto-renewal.
      1. Note: When turning auto-renewal ON, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information if a card is not on file.

    2. Click Disable Auto-Renewal to the turn OFF auto-renewal of your software maintenance. You will be prompted to confirm your choice to disable auto-renewal.
