To transfer the product key version (format XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX) of one of our software packages from one computer to another:

1. Deactivate the license, either from the original computer or from our My Account portal. Instructions to create an account can be found here. Instructions to register the product so it appears in your My Products list can be found here.  
2. Uninstall the program from the original computer using the Control Panel, if the original computer is still functional and you have access to it.
3. If you need the software installer, download it from https://www.goldensoftware.com/products/download if you're using the current version, or My Account if you are using an older version.
4. Install the program on the new computer using the software installer EXE file
5. Activate the license on the new computer.
   1. For a single user license, enter your product key into the licensing dialog.
   2. For a concurrent use license, connect to the license server.

To transfer the serial number version (format XX-XXXXXX-XXXX) of one of our software packages from one computer to another:

1. Uninstall the program from the original computer using the Control Panel.
2. If you need the software installer, download it from My Account if you are using a slightly older version, or email us your serial number if you are using a much older version and we will send you a download link.
3. Install the program on the new computer using the installation media (either the CD or the software installer EXE file).
4. Activate the installation on the new computer by entering your serial number.
