How do I know if I'm an 'active maintenance' user?

To find out if you are enrolled in our maintenance program:

  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Click the gold My Products button.
  3. On the My Products page,
    1. If you have a product listed with a future Renewal date (circled in red below), that product is currently under maintenance.
    2. If you have a product listed with a past Renewal date (circled in blue below), that product was under maintenance in the past, but the maintenance has expired.
    3. If you have a product listed with no Renewal date (circled in yellow below), that product is not eligible for the maintenance program.
