Convert single-user licenses to a concurrent-use license

Golden Software's Strater, Surfer and Grapher programs offer two types of licensing: single user and concurrent use. If you own single-user licenses with a current subscription or active maintenance and would like to convert those license to seats in a concurrent-use license, please contact support. One of our account managers will reach out to you to make sure we are providing you the right licensing solution. Golden Software reserves the right to determine whether a trade-in order will be granted.

To convert your single user licenses: 

1. Email sales@goldensoftware.com with the list of single user license serial numbers or product keys you wish to convert to seats in a concurrent-use license. 

2. One of our account managers will reach out to you to make sure we are providing you the right licensing solution.

3. We will generate an estimate for you to review and approve. 

4. Submit payment. 

5. Your order will be processed, and you will receive your concurrent-use license via email. 

Once your order is processed, the single user licenses converted to seats in a concurrent use license are no longer valid and can no longer be used.
