Locate support code for Surfer and Grapher

When you contact Golden Software support, we may ask you for your support code. The support code allows the support agent to locate your software license, account details, and maintenance status.  A support code is formatted as a six digit number followed by 3 letters:  123-456-SSA.

Only Surfer and Grapher display a support code. Our legacy products (Strater, Voxler, Didger, and MapViewer) are not offered with software maintenance and therefore do not require a support code.

Locate Surfer or Grapher support code

Your support code is listed in two locations inside the software, and in your My Account > My Products online. 

In the About dialog

1. Open Surfer or Grapher
2. Click File | About Surfer or File | About Grapher
3. Support Code is displayed in bottom right corner, as shown below in gold box

In the License Information dialog

1. Open Surfer or Grapher
2. Click File | License Info
3. Support Code is displayed above your product key, as shown below in gold box

Through My Account

1. Sign in to your account at http://myaccount.goldensoftware.com
2. Click My Products
3. Click on your Surfer or Grapher license to view the detailed license information
4. Support Code is displayed in the top right corner, as shown below in the gold box
