- Assign Licenses: Administrators can effortlessly assign licenses to specific users, ensuring you always know who's using what. Need to reallocate a license? Admins can also unassign and deactivate licenses when a user no longer needs access.
- User Management: Take full control of your team's access. Admins can easily add or remove users from the Company Account and set specific permissions, designating who has administrative control and who is a standard user.

Understanding User Roles
The Company Account offers two distinct user roles to ensure appropriate access and control:
- Admin: An Admin has comprehensive administrative access to your Company Account. This includes the ability to make purchases, manage users and licenses, and edit company information.
- User: A User can only view the licenses that have been specifically assigned to them. They are able to access the product key for licenses assigned to them, download their software, and access activations. Users are not permitted to make any purchases or access information beyond their assigned licenses.
