Information provided in the Usage Log from the License Administrator

Surfer, Grapher, and Strater concurrent-use license usage is tracked by the Sentinel RMS License Manager and saved to a few different locations.  The unencrypted log file can be found in C:\ProgramData\Golden Software\License Administrator\UsageInfo.csv. 

Before you view the UsageInfo.csv file, it needs to be updated.  To update the data in the file, follow these steps.

  1. Open the Golden Software License Administrator on the license server.
  2. Select the Usage Information tab.
  3. Wait for the green progress bar to complete the data update.
  4. Now open the file C:\ProgramData\Golden Software\License Administrator\UsageInfo.csv
