Convert a subscription license to a perpetual license

For those interested in transitioning from a subscription-based license to a perpetual one, you have the option to purchase a new perpetual license once your current subscription term concludes.

Convert a perpetual license to a subscription license

If you're looking at moving from a perpetual license to a subscription model, it's important to note that direct conversion isn't available. However, you can either purchase a new monthly or annual subscription license or opt for auto-renewing your software maintenance. The latter essentially functions like an annual subscription, ensuring you always have active maintenance and enjoy the benefits of an ongoing subscription.

Convert a single user subscription to a concurrent use subscription

For users contemplating the conversion of a single user subscription to a concurrent use subscription, the process is straightforward. Once your current subscription term is over, you can acquire a new concurrent use subscription license.

Transfer a Golden Software license to another user

If you no longer require access to the software, or want to gift your license to another user, please contact our dedicated Customer Success Team with the following information:

1. The serial number or product key you wish to transfer
2. The name and email address of the person the license is currently registered to
3. The name and email address of the person to whom you would like to transfer the license to
