If your serial number or product key does not show up in the My Products list under your account, then the software is not registered to your account. To register your software:
- Sign in to your account
- Click My Products
- Click the Register New Software button
- Enter the serial number or product key and click OK.
Once the license is registered, it will appear in your My Products list.
If you have any trouble registering a particular serial number or product key, please email the serial number or product key and a summary of the problem to sales@goldensoftware.com.
