To change the email address associated with your My Account portal, see the steps below:
- Sign into your My Account portal.
- Click Settings | Profile Information.
- Click the Change Email Address link.
- In the Change Email Address pop-up, enter the new email address and your existing password.
- Click Send Verification Email.
- A green banner will appear at the top of the window reading A confirmation email has been sent to your new email address. The old email address will also receive an email alerting you of the request.
- Check the new email address for an email from Shop Golden Software.
- Click the confirmation link contained in the email. This link will expire after 48 hours. An email will also be sent to the old email address, alerting you of this change.
- The link will take you to the login page where you can login with your email address.
