Display drivers stopped working, using Grapher 12 and Windows 10

    Hi Luis,

    It sounds like Windows is having a communication problem with the display driver. You can send a video to me at graphersupport@goldensoftware.com and I can take a look. We do have Grapher 12 installed on several Windows 10 machines and have not had similar issues. So, it is likely something related to your specific display driver and Windows 10. I would definitely let your IT department know and have them check for any known conflicts with your driver and Windows 10.

    I think the problem is Windows 10 as I had the same issue with the display drives stopping for a while which didn't happen before W10 upgrade. Now I'm using it on a Windows 7 pc with no issues.

    Hi Ollie,

    I'm sorry that you also experienced this issue. I have read that there are many display drivers that need to be upgraded once you install Windows 10. If the proper display driver is not installed, then various programs will not display properly.
