    Hi Eva,

Thank you for posting your questions on the Voxler Support Forum. I did receive your email, however I have not had a chance to answer it yet. Have you recently upgraded to Voxler 4? If so, the import options for SGY have changed and are more powerful. In Voxler 4, the real world coordinates can be taken from SGY files...this is the main difference. Voxler 4 also support 3D SGY now, so not all SGY are being imported as 2D lattices any more. Regarding the error message you are receiving, this could be caused by not having the correct settings during import. You can try other options and click the Scan File button at the bottom of the dialog to see if the coordinate preview looks as expected. If not, try some different options. I would not change the spatial filtering options unless you want to filter the SGY by extent during import. If you do not succeed, please feel free to email a copy of the SGY and I can help figure out the correct combination of options for the file. My email is drew@goldensoftware.com.

    Thanks!

    Drew

    Hi !

I have just started to use Voxler software. I have 2D SEG-Y files from prism, which are taken parallelly but not of same length. I converted them into equal length with prism but after I tried to import them in Voxler its showing some problem. Please help me with obtaining a 3D figure from 2D parallel lines.

    Hi Divyesh,

Can you please explain what you mean by "after I tried to import them in Voxler its showing some problem"? What problems are you seeing?

    Thanks,

    Leslie
