    Hi jetztnicht,

    Some of the gridding methods fit a trend to the data and try to use the same trend when there is no data. Some of the gridding methods are not exact interpolaters (so the data does not have to fit the grid exactly). Both of these can cause negative values when there should not be any. There is a knowledge base article with suggestions for how you can control this and help the gridding provide better values. Please let me know if you have any questions.
