    Hi Franco,

Are you looking for something similar to the graph I've included? If so, you will need to convert your data to XYZ format with columns for label names, similar to the spreadsheet next to the graph. Once your data is converted, you can create an XYZ Horizontal Bar Chart or XYZ Vertical Bar Chart by following the directions here: 3D XYZ Bar Charts.

If your dataset is large, you can also use this script to convert your data: Matrix2XYZ.bas. Follow the instructions below to run the script in Grapher:

    1. In a Windows Explorer window, navigate to C:\Program Files\Golden Software\Grapher 17\Scripter.
    2. Double click on Scripter.exe to launch Scripter.
    3. Press Ctrl+A to select all of the existing lines then press DELETE.
    4. If you copied this script, press Ctrl+V to paste it into Scripter. If you downloaded it, click File | Open, select the BAS file from your downloads directory, and click Open.
    5. Click Script | Run to run the script.

If this is not the type of graph you're looking for, please let me know and feel free to include an example of what you want your plot to look like.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance!

    Sincerely,
