    Hi Gareth,

    Thanks for posting your question. I do not have any experience using a VB timeout; you may be able to find information about this online. 

    The “Server Busy” error usually refers to the application already being open and processing a different command. In this case, if you have a large file and you are trying to open it, it may be that Grapher is still working on loading the data when you see this message.

    You may be able to resolve the issue by adding Wait commands in between exports in your script. For example:

    Wait (100)

    The above command would make the script wait for 100 seconds.

    The scripter is really taking a long time and that is why the problem is happening.  The thing is that the main file is already opened and that is why the server busy has been shown and there could be a possibility of having the  Dell error code 2000-0142 while the scripting is being processed.
