Instructions for running a Grapher script from the command line are provided in the knowledge base article Can I Run A Grapher Script From The Command Line?.

Passing arguments or variables to the script through the command line is outside the realm of our support.  Based on my understanding, this would involve creating a shell script that both defines the arguments and calls your Grapher script.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

Thanks for the quick reply.  I thought I read somewhere that passing program arguments into a Grapher script was supported.  Guess I'm wrong.  I can accomplish the same thing by creating a text file and then reading it in or by using environment variables.  It would be cool however if that capability existed.

Thank you for your response.  Reading in a text file or using environment variables are the two methods we typically recommend for defining arguments or variables outside the BAS file.  Another option would be to create the script so that the user is prompted for the needed information.

    Thanks!
