Once your Surfer or Grapher subscription has expired you will be unable to access the software until the subscription is restarted or a new subscription license has been purchased. When you open the software you will be prompted with an option to restart your subscription. You can also restart your expired subscription through your My Account portal.
If you have a concurrent license, your end users will not be able to take a seat from your license server and they will not be able to use the software.
