It is not possible to switch or convert a perpetual license to a subscription license. Instead of converting, you have the below options available if you are interested in a subscription license:

• Purchase a new monthly or annual subscription license.  

• Auto-renew your software maintenance. This acts as an annual subscription renewing maintenance each year to receive active maintenance and active subscription benefits.
