Your software subscription entitles you to continuous unlimited software access and support. By default, all subscriptions are billed either annually or monthly. If you're currently on a monthly subscription and would like to switch to an annual subscription:
- To maintain your existing product key, reach out to our customer success team at email@example.com with your existing product key. We will provide you with pricing and options to switch your billing terms.
- To receive a new product key, cancel your existing monthly subscription and purchase a new, annual subscription license.
