Perhaps your business has need of an extra license that is kept active only when needed or subscriptions were cancelled due to turnover and your team is growing again. We understand that there are many reasons why software usage needs vary over time. To make things as smooth as possible in those situations, we allow cancelled Surfer and Grapher subscriptions to be restarted at any time.
- Login to your My Account profile.
- Click My Products.
- Locate the license you'd like to restart the subscription for in the list.
- Click the Re-Activate Subscription button:
