Surfer can export from the 3D View to VRML (.WRL) 3D vector model format.

To do so:

1. Have the 3D View window selected.
2. Click 3D View | Tools | Export 3D
3. In the Save as type field, select WRL VRML 3D Vector Model
4. Ensure the Show options dialog box is checked
5. Choose a name and location for the file and click Save
6. In the Export Options dialog, choose your preferred settings for NoData nodes and height multiplier
7. Click OK
