In Surfer 16 and newer, you can reverse the X or Y axis direction for a Profile object.

1. In the Contents window, click on the X Axis associated with the Profile object
2. In the Properties window, click the Scaling tab
3. Expand the Axis Direction header
4. Check the Reverse axis box
