1. A Problem.
We are mainly concerned with finding and fixing problems where the software is not working as designed. Examples of possible problems include errors in the Help, unexpected behavior resulting in error messages, crashes, incorrect results, non-functioning commands, or operation failures. If you experience a problem, please submit a request ticket with detailed step-by-step instructions and the exact text of any messages that appear so we can attempt to duplicate the issue.
- If you encounter a problem that occurs with a specific file or to share a file with us, please upload the file to our server at https://goldensoftware.sharefile.com/r-rb47282e22af48d1a and include a note in the email with the filename uploaded.
- Grapher Preview has a crash reporting tool that automatically sends a detailed message to our programmers when the program crashes. Please submit a request ticket with detailed step-by-step instructions leading up to the crash in the report. If a particular file is needed to reproduce the crash, please upload the file(s) to our server mentioned above.
2. A Question.
If you are unable to determine how to use a feature, please first look in the Grapher Preview knowledge base space and the Grapher Preview help to see if the feature is documented. If it is documented in the knowledge base but the documentation is insufficient, please leave a comment on that article with your question. If it is not documented, or if it is documented in the help but the documentation is insufficient, please submit a request ticket with specific details. If it helps to send us your file, please upload it to our server at https://goldensoftware.sharefile.com/r-rb47282e22af48d1a and mention the filename in the email so we can retrieve the file.
3. A Suggestion.
If you think Grapher would be better if it did something else, or something differently, please let us know. Your suggestions for new features and design changes are always welcome. Some of these items may be incorporated into the Grapher Preview program. If we are unable to implement these changes prior to the release of the next version of Grapher, please know that the feature requests and design change requests are added to a suggestion file for a future version of Grapher. If you have already sent your suggestion to us previously, you do not need to resend it, it is still recorded in our database.
The knowledge base is not only a place for us to share information with you, but also a place for you to share information with us, and with other users. So please comment on existing articles with any questions, suggestions, comments, helpful tips, or concerns you have regarding Grapher Preview, and browse other posts for ideas or answers to questions.
