Concurrent-use license on server with internet access

For users that are using a concurrent use license, your administrator will first need to update the license on the license server before you can run the latest major version on your computer.  To update the license on the license server, complete the steps below.

  1. Open the Golden Software License Administrator.
  2. Click Manage on the left side of the License Administrator window.
  3. In the Manage installed licenses section, click Surfer or Grapher.
  4. Click the Update selected license button at the bottom of the window.

Once the license on the license server is updated, the client computers can update the software by clicking File | Online | Check for Update.
