Thousands of locations across the United States require groundwater remediation efforts to prevent gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum hydrocarbon products from contaminating groundwater. These non-soluble contaminants are also referred to as light nonaqueous phase liquids (LNAPL).
Steve Boynton, owner and operator of Subsurface Environmental Solutions, joins Drew Dudley to present a case study where Surfer was used to model the soil saturation based on a historic LNAPL release. The case study incorporates gridding 3D drill holes, surface generation, and the development of a 3D model to clearly characterize the extent of the LNAPL release.
Join us and other industry professionals during this webinar to learn more about modeling a LNAPL release in Surfer.
