Is technical support free or do I need a maintenance subscription?

Technical support is free to all users.  We pride ourselves on the level of customer support we offer and place a high value on all of our users.  Free technical support is also important in maintaining our customer focus as a company. 

You must register your product in order to receive technical support. 

 

Technical support can be contacted by phone, fax, live chat, or email.

 

Golden Software business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. We are available on Live Chat from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
