Text is limited to 255 characters when copying and pasting from Excel into a Voxler worksheet.
To work around this, you can do one of the following:
- Click the File | Open command in Voxler to open the Excel file. When the file is opened, the full text in the cell is displayed.
- In a worksheet window, click the File | Import command to import the Excel file into the existing worksheet. When the file is imported in this manner, the full text in the cell is displayed.
- Copy the text from Excel, close Excel, then paste the text into the Voxler worksheet. Excel will no longer have a lock on the information, allowing all of the data to copy and paste.
- Copy the text from Excel, paste into an intermediary program like Notepad, and then paste the text into Voxler's worksheet. When copied from the intermediary program, the text is copied as text and not Excel data.
