Your Grapher product key or serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Your Golden Software user account:
Log into your user account, click the My Products button or link on the left, and your registered serial numbers or product keys are displayed. If the license was not previously registered to you, it will not appear.
- Download instructions:
If you received a download only copy of your Golden Software product, the serial number or product key was included with the download information that you received from our sales department.
- Location in each program:
Beginning with Grapher 12, your product key can be found by clicking the File | License Info command. The Product Key is listed in the License Information dialog, as shown below.
Serial numbers only:
- Label on the installation CD sleeve:
Starting in 2011, the serial number is located on the sticker label on the installation CD sleeve.
- Registration card:
The serial number is on the registration card glued either on CD sleeve (for software purchased in late 2009 or 2010), or inside the front cover of your User's Guide, Getting Started Guide or Quick Start Guide (for software purchased before mid-2009). Please complete the registration card and return to Golden Software or register online at our web site.
- In versions 3 - 9 of Grapher, you can find your serial number by clicking Help | About Grapher. Beginning with Grapher 10, you can find your serial number by clicking File | About Grapher. The About dialog box will show the serial number, as shown below.
If you are unable to find your license using any of the above solutions, email your software librarian or IT. Or, email firstname.lastname@example.org and include information so we can search for your license. This information could include the name and/or email of the purchaser, company name, or order number. We do not keep software libraries for users, so we recommend registering your license to yourself so you can always locate it in your My Account portal.
