Yes, 2D and 3D graphs can be rotated in Grapher. To rotate a graph, click once on the Graph object to select it. Then, click the Layout | Rotate | Free Rotate command. Click and drag the cursor in the plot window to change the rotation of the graph. Press ESC on the keyboard to end the rotation mode.
If you decide that you want the graph to have the original rotation, click the Layout | Rotate | Reset Rotation command. The graph returns to the default rotation values.
