Can I install Surfer from the command (cmd) line?

To use the command line to install Surfer, you can simply enter the path to the installation file in quotes. Use the /s after the EXE name to indicate a silent install.

For example, you can navigate to the folder with the Surfer installation EXE file in it and use the following command line to install the defaults:

"<filename>.exe" /s

Or, you open a cmd window and include the file path:

"c:\temp\<filename>.exe" /s

If you need to install Surfer using an MSI file instead of an EXE file, please email your registered Surfer serial number to
