To use the command line to install Surfer, you can simply enter the path to the installation file in quotes. Use the /s after the EXE name to indicate a silent install.
For example, you can navigate to the folder with the Surfer installation EXE file in it and use the following command line to install the defaults:

If you need to install Surfer using an MSI file instead of an EXE file, please email your registered Surfer serial number to email@example.com.
