To use the command line to install Surfer, you can simply enter the path to the installation file in quotes. Use the /s after the EXE name to indicate a silent install.
For example, you can open a cmd window, navigate to the folder with the Surfer installation EXE file in it, and use the following command line to install the defaults:
"<filename>.exe"
Or, you open a cmd window and use the following command line to install the defaults:
"<file path>\<filename>.exe"
If you need to install Surfer using an MSI file instead of an EXE file, please email your registered Surfer serial number or product key to surfersupport@goldensoftware.com.
