To create the combined map in Didger:

1. Open Surfer and create the contours.
2. Click File | Export and export the Surfer map to a DXF or GSI file.
3. In Didger, open the PJT file containing the data you wish to combine with the Surfer map.
4. Click File | Import and import the DXF or GSI file. The contours will import into a new layer in the Didger project.

To create the combined map in Surfer:

1. Open Didger and open the PJT file containing the data you wish to combine with the Surfer map.
2. Click File | Export and export the data to a DXF or GSI file.
3. Open Surfer and open the SRF file with the contours (or create the map in Surfer).
4. Select the map and click Home | Add to Map | Layer | Base, select the DXF or GSI file exported from Didger and click OK. The outline is added to the map as a new base layer.
