Golden Software sends occasional emails to our customers containing information about new product releases, special discounts, upcoming webinars, and our quarterly newsletter. If you do not want to receive our product updates or newsletter, you can manage your email subscriptions from the My Account at http://myaccount.goldensoftware.com.
- In the Existing Customer section, enter your Email Address and Password, and click Sign In.
- On the left side of the page, click Settings and then click Email Preferences.
- Uncheck the boxes next to any of the product emails or newsletter email you do not wish to receive, or uncheck the box next to Send me occasional emails for the following items to uncheck all of the boxes.
- Click the Update button to save the changes to your account.
Alternatively, if you would like Golden Software to unsubscribe you from all product updates and newsletter emails, you can send your request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove you from our mailing lists. Unsubscribing from announcement/newsletter emails will not prevent you from making purchases from our website. You will still receive order confirmations and download instructions by email.
