Why can't I see the Existing Customers section on the My Account page?

This article explains why you might not see the Existing Customers section on the My Account page if you are using specific unsupported web browsers.
 

If you are using the Internet Explorer 8 web browser, you may not see the Existing Customers section on the MyAccount page. If this is the case, you should see a popup message warning you that your web browser is not supported. You should either upgrade to the most recent version of Internet Explorer (11), or try a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
