Sometimes when you import a georeferenced image into a vector project in Didger 3, the default project limits are calculated incorrectly, so only a portion of the image is shown (it looks like it is clipped or cropped).
After the image is imported, click View | Project Limits. In the top section of the dialog box, change "Set limits based upon" to "Project Extents". Then check the check box next to "Set limits based upon". You may also want to check the check box at the bottom next to "Set Proportional XY Scaling", and then click OK. That should show you the entire image.
