There are many locations where you can find your MapViewer serial number. With your registered serial number information complete, we will be able to mail you announcements of upgrades and newsletters. Registering your serial number will also ensure you always have access to your license information and latest software download through our My Account portal.
- Your Golden Software user account:
Log into your user account, click the My Products button or link on the left, and your registered serial numbers are displayed. - Label on the installation CD sleeve:
Starting in 2011, the serial number is located on the sticker label on the installation CD sleeve. - Registration card:
The serial number is on the registration card glued either on CD sleeve (for software purchased in late 2009 or 2010), or inside the front cover of your User's Guide, Getting Started Guide or Quick Start Guide (for software purchased before mid-2009). Please complete the registration card and return to Golden Software or register online at our web site. - Download instructions:
If you received a download only copy of your Golden Software product, the serial number was included with the download information that you received from our sales department. - Location in each program:
Beginning with version 4 of MapViewer, you can find your serial number by clicking Help | About MapViewer. In MapViewer 8, you can find your serial number by clicking File | About MapViewer. The About dialog box will show the serial number, as shown below.
