If the worksheet data was changed in a program other than Grapher and the graph was not open when the change was made, save the file in the other program. Open the graph in Grapher and the graph will automatically be updated to show the new data.

If the worksheet data was changed in a program other than Grapher and the graph was open when the change was made, save the file in the other program. In Grapher, click the Graph Tools | Worksheet | Reload command. This command re-reads the data from the saved file. The graph will automatically update.

Auto Track Worksheets:

If you still do not see the graph update, make sure that the Auto Track Worksheets item is on.

• Grapher 2 - Grapher 8: Click the View | Auto Track Worksheets command to check the option.
• Grapher 9: Click the Tools | Options command. In the Options dialog, click Plots on the left side. On the right side, check the box next to the Auto track worksheets option. Click OK to close the dialog.
• Grapher 10 - Grapher 16: Click the File | Options command. In the Options dialog, click Plots on the left side. On the right side, check the box next to the Auto track worksheets option. Click OK to close the dialog.
