How can I remove a Data Source from Strater?

In Strater, you can remove a data source by following these steps.
  1. From within a table, click Table | Table | Browser.
  2. Select the data table from the list of Available Tables. When you select the data table, the data source for that table is displayed at the bottom of the dialog.
  3. You can click on the file path/file name under Data Source and press Delete on the keyboard to delete it.
  4. Click OK.

The data link cannot be recreated, so be sure you want to do this before clicking OK. If you want to recreate the link, you can delete this table (Table | Table | Delete) and then use File | Open to reload the data.

In Strater 1, in the Database Information dialog, you can see the various data tables and which data source they use. You cannot remove a data source from here.  To remove a data source, you will need to delete the data tables that use that data source. To delete a data table, activate the data table in the database view by clicking on its tab at the bottom of the screen, then right click over its tab and click Delete Table (or click Table | Delete Table).
