I use Dip instead of Inclination for my borehole paths. Can I use dip in Strater?

Strater 4 and 5 accepts either inclination or dip values. If you have dip values already, before or after loading the dip data into Strater 5:
  1. Click File | Options.
  2. Check the box in the General section next to Use hole dip instead of inclination.
  3. Click No in the popup message asking if you want to convert your inclination values to dip.

If you have inclination values that you want to convert to dip, after loading the inclination data:
  1. Click File | Options.
  2. Check the box in the General section next to Use hole dip instead of inclination.
  3. Click Yes in the popup message asking if you want to convert your inclination values to dip.
