Why don't I see my serial number or product key in the My Products list in My Account?

If your serial number or product key does not show up in the My Products list under your account, then the software is not registered to your account. Please sign in to your account and click the Register Software button to register the serial number or product key to your account. Once it is registered, it will appear in your My Products list.

 If you have any trouble registering a particular serial number or product key, please email the serial number or product key and a summary of the problem to sales@goldensoftware.com.
