Minor updates (e.g. version 5.0 to 5.1) may be downloaded for free if your serial number is registered. Connect your computer to the internet, open Didger, and click click the Help | Check for Update command. This will download and install the latest update on your machine. Information about the latest version is listed on the Version Info page.
If you are running Windows Vista, 7, 8, or 10 we suggest running Didger as Administrator and then using the Help | Check for Update command. To run a program as Administrator, right click over the Didger desktop icon or application EXE file and click Run as administrator.
If you experience any problems with this command or would like to download the full version of the updated software, and you are running the current version or the version just prior to the current version, you can log into the My Account portal on the Golden Software website, click the Serial Number link on the left side, and then click the Download link to the right of your serial number.
If you have an older version and need the download installer, email your registered serial number to didgersupport@goldensoftware.com and we will reply with a download link.
Major upgrades (e.g. version 4 to version 5) are available for US$129. You can verify your eligibility to upgrade by logging into your My Account portal and navigating to the My Products page. Upgrades can be purchased from this page using these instructions. Alternatively, you can email your registered Didger serial number to sales@goldensoftware.com. To determine your serial number, log into your My Account portal, or, click the Help | About Didger command. The serial number is listed in the dialog.
