We are unable to determine the exact cause of this error, but solutions some customers have found are:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Didger 1.0.74.
- Activating the tablet. Turn your computer off completely, turn your tablet on, and then on your computer. Confirm that moving the puck on the tablet moves the cursor on the screen, then attempt to open Didger and calibrate the tablet.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the tablet driver.
