In Didger 5, the Z values will be imported to and exported from whatever field is set to the Z-level field under Map | Data | Edit Attribute Fields. By default, this is the Primary ID. To enter all your elevation or Z values as the Secondary ID (or any other attribute), click Map | Data | Edit Attribute Fields and change the Z-level field to Secondary.
