To check the current version of MapViewer, visit the MapViewer Version Info page.
To find the version you are currently running, click the File | About MapViewer or Help | About MapViewer command in the program. To update to the newest minor version for your major version (i.e. to get from 8.0 to 8.1), click the File | Online | Check for Update or Help | Check for Update command in the program.
To check if your serial number is available for upgrade to the newest major version, you can log into the My Account portal on our website. All serial numbers available for upgrade are listed in the My Products section.
