If you need to edit or update the information associated with your customer account, please sign in to the My Account portal on our website and click Settings | Address Book to update your address or add another address.

I need to update the "Purchased By" and "Renewal Contact" information in "My products" data.
It is not currently possible to adjust the Purchased By and Renewal Contact information through My Account. Please contact our sales support team via email (email@example.com) or phone (303-279-1021) to update the information associated with your licenses.
