The elevation of an imported image can be assigned in Voxler by completing the steps below.
First, click on the bitmap file input data module to select it.
Select the bitmap input data module (shown in blue) to display
the settings in the Property Manager.

Next, enter the desired elevation in both the Z min and Z max fields in the Geometry tab of the Property Manager.
Specify the desired z position for a bitmap image as both the
Z min and Z max.
