If you're being prompted for a product key or the trial is unavailable, the program was not able to save the trial license to the appropriate location. This is likely due to limited permissions or security software blocking the file creation. Please send us the information below and we can generate a new trial license for you.
- Click the Create support file link in the bottom right hand corner of the Enter Product Key or Licensing dialog. Save this file to your desktop or other desired location.
- Navigate to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp and locate the Surfer_14_installer_log.txt or the Grapher_12_installer_log.txt. Save this file to the same location as the support file above.
Attach both of these files in your email to us so we have all of the information we need to generate a new trial license for you.
